Hello everyone and happy Wednesday! Thank you all so much for your patience while we worked to get this patch out to all of you, so please update when you see it and let us know how it works for you!

Major Fixes:

• Attempting to take a Playground Thumbnail and hiding the HUD on controller will no longer cause a lack of input when returning back to the Playground Settings menu.
  
• Attempting to customize the Message Notification gizmo on controller will no longer cause a lack of input.
  
• Fixed navigation issue on controller when attempting to tab across different Playground search categories vs viewing the next page of results when browsing Published Playgrounds.
  
• Fixed some base buildings built on rocks, twigs, and other objects improperly noting they were supporting the rest of the base.
  
• Fixed a crash that could occur when quickly swapping to a bow and then to another weapon quickly.

Major Fixes:

• Various buildings no longer rotate their placement after save / load.
  
• Various buildings no longer rotate their placement after switching between Play mode and Design mode in Playgrounds.
  
• Playgrounds that use a Player Spawner as the starting spawn location will properly be deactivated when another Player Spawner uses the "Set Checkpoint" action.

Welcome to May: Where we celebrate Broodmother's Day! In celebration, we have a special surprise for you all to help recognize our favorite Spider mom of the yard.

Full Broodmother Equipment Set Additional armor recipes have been added for you to craft to complete the Hedge Broodmother armor set:

Broodmother Mutation Additional Effect The Mom Genes mutation will now also increase all poison damage you deal by a large amount, on top of allowing you to summon spiderlings to fight alongside you.

Casually Grounded hosted the Backyard Brawl with several of your favorite streamers fighting for the Champion title. It was an epic PvP tournament between the most valiant in the arena. Special thank you to the streamers for participating in the event and the Grounded community who supported them.

Happy Wednesday everyone! We are currently releasing patch 1.1.2 to everyone. Please update your game as soon as you can and let us know if you continue to experience any further issues.

Bug Fixes:
Clients will no longer sometimes disconnect when respawning inside a large base.
Clients will no longer get position desyncing while at bases, especially after having used stairs.
Improved network bandwidth usage for clients when walking around a large base.
No longer able to duplicate items using drop / transfer item trick at containers.
Ammo radial shows the total number of each arrow type you have instead of just a single stack amount.

This past weekend was Obsidian's annual Extra Life stream. Through the help of employees and the viewers, we raised over $28K for our local children's hospital, the Children's Hospital of Orange County.

For reaching our $18K goal this year, we had a very special video we played to help tease the next update. Check it out!
